Book a call or email.

Fifteen minutes on the phone. We listen, you talk. If it's a fit, we quote verbally at the end and follow up in writing with the price and scope. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you who might be. No follow-up sequence, no nurture email, no newsletter you didn't ask for.

Discovery call with Tyler

Fifteen minutes. You talk about your shop and what you need. We listen, ask a few clarifying questions, and quote verbally if it's a fit. Follow-up in writing within 24 hours with the exact price and scope.

Works best if: you're considering a Shop Site, a retainer, or a custom build, and want to see if we're the right team before emailing back and forth.

Email Tyler directly

One-sentence questions, product feedback for Lineup, referral intros, trade-niche requests for future apps, press inquiries — all go here. We read everything. We respond within a business day. If it's an actual urgent production issue with Lineup, email anyway and flag "urgent" in the subject.

Works best if: you don't want to schedule a call, you have a quick question, or you're not ready to commit to 15 minutes.

02 — What actually happens

What a 15-min call with Tyler looks like.

03 — What we won't do

Things other agencies do that we refuse.

01 — No sales sequences

One call, then silence.

If you go dark after the call, we don't send "just checking in!" emails. We don't drip you nurture content. If you come back six months later, we'll pick up where we left off — without a sequence running in the background.

02 — No newsletter you didn't sign up for

You won't get added to anything.

Booking a call doesn't subscribe you to a mailing list. We don't have one. There's no CRM tagging you as a "warm lead." You're a person, not a pipeline stage.

03 — No proposal deck

No 40-slide decks.

Our written scope is one page. Price, timeline, what's included. That's it. If you need an "investment deck" to approve a $2,995 site purchase, we're probably not the right shape of vendor for you.

04 — No "free consultation" loss leaders

The call isn't a sales pitch.

Some agencies run "free consultations" that are disguised presentations. Ours aren't. The call is for us to figure out if we can help. If we can't, we say so fast.

04 — Other reasons to reach out

Not booking? Still welcome.

  • Lineup product feedback — if you're using Lineup and something's broken or confusing, email Eric at eric@mainlinestudio.io.
  • You want us to build for your trade someday — tell us what trade, what's broken with the current software, and we'll add it to our vertical-candidate list.
  • Referral intro — you know a barber shop owner who needs this. Send us their way or intro us by email.
  • Press / writer — email Tyler with what you're working on. We'll usually say yes if the angle is interesting.
  • Partnership — tool integrations, co-marketing with trade-specific brands, podcast appearances. Email Tyler.
  • Bug report — for any Mainline-built site, email Eric with the URL and what's broken. For Lineup specifically, same.
