Lineup
A booking app for independent barbers. Public booking page per barber, client list, SMS confirmations, no-show tracking. Free tier, Shop $7.99/mo, Studio $14.99/mo.
First shop: Iconic Fades, Chicago.
We build apps for small service businesses. Some we own — like Lineup, our booking app for barbers. Some we build for our clients. Bootstrapped, founder-owned, no VC, no enterprise.
We ship purpose-built SaaS for small service businesses — one trade at a time. Each app is sovereign: its own product decisions, its own pricing, its own roadmap. The agency builds the apps and lets them breathe.

Work-order and bay management for independent auto shops. In design. Ships when Lineup retention and MRR hit the gate defined in our masterplan.
Inventory and dispatch for small logistics operations. Research phase. Sequence after Pitcrew ships and proves the multi-product thesis.
Custom websites, ongoing retainers, and bespoke software for shop owners who need more than our products can give. Fixed-price, public on the site. No sales process, no proposals that take three weeks. Currently open to barbershop clients in Chicago; expanding as we ship more apps.
If a buyer has to ask "how much," we failed — or the offer isn't ready to sell yet. Our prices are on the site. Tiers, retainers, one-time builds — all of it.
We don't have a sales team. No SDRs. No account managers. You talk to one of us on the discovery call, you work with one of us on delivery, and you text one of us when something breaks.
We give a fixed price and a fixed scope, in writing, after a 15-minute call. You say yes or no. If you say yes, you know exactly what you're getting and when you're getting it.
A 50-person barber franchise? Yes. A corporation's "innovation team"? Never. Our work is for owner-operated businesses, 1–20 employees, one person making the call.
Two founders own Mainline Studio outright. Long-term. We don't want a board, a fundraising round, or an acquisition pressuring us to sell for someone else's return.
Every offer is fixed-price. If we quote $2,995, we ship for $2,995. If it takes us longer than we thought, that's on us, not on your invoice.
We use modern tools. We don't lead with them. You're buying working software, not a buzzword.
